The Spiritual Psychology Coach Certification® is quartered into 4 terms
Each term is about 8 weeks longs (think of this like a school schedule with winter break, homework and different courses of focus) …or think of this like Hogwarts - that works too *drinks butterbeer*
Term 1:
Meditation Teacher Training
The Spiritual Psychology Coach Certification® concentrates on active meditation and its counterpart, stillness meditation.
Active + Stillness = UpLevel Meditation™
UpLevel Meditation™ is Erin’s unique formula geared for people with ADD, ADHD, anxiety, depression and compulsive (sometimes negative) thought patterns. (aka the modern day human) It is a specific sequence a meditation routine can take to have an impactful spiritual experience. It starts with active practices in a standing posture, then moves to active seated posture and then closes with a silent meditation practice. We also explore mindfulness themes and how they can relate to deepen a practice or coaching relationship.
Term 2:
Spiritual Psychology Training
The Spiritual Psychology Coach Certification® concentrates on powerful habit making, the eastern chakra system and its marriage to western psychology.
In this section we study the eastern chakra system, where yogic philosophy meets well known western philosophies and teachers and how to integrate east rituals + west psychology.
Term 3:
The ISP Coaching™ Frameworks
Positive Psychology Coaching frameworks that will lead to impactful shifts in your own life and the lives of your soulmate clients.
The Spiritual Psychology Coach Certification® Formula focuses on these specific psychological frameworks:

Each live module with Erin will guide you on how to implement these frameworks into a coaching relationship. Along with these powerful frameworks we explore appropriate coaching etiquette, how to safely hold space and when to pull which frameworks into a specific session.
Term 4:
Business & Clinical Immersion
The Spiritual Psychology Coach Certification® concentrates on integration and setting up your signature offer. You will be supported by Erin and her team in creating your first initial offers of your coaching business, how to speak on social media and be guided by Erin’s accelerated business course Basecamp. These are all the tools needed to start your business.
During this term, you will also complete your Capstone Project: Alignment in Action
