Meet Erin Rachel Doppelt – Spiritual Psychology Teacher, Bestselling Author & Business Coach
In case we haven’t met yet, hi, I’m Erin. I’m a middle child (aka natural-born peacemaker), travel junkie, and lover of all things woo woo. I spent my twenties living in Israel, India, and across Asia and Europe, studying with gurus, yogic educators, and brilliant minds who forever changed how I see the world. By the time I graduated with my Master’s in Psychology & Education from Columbia University, I had already paid off my student loans (yep, manifestation, aligned action, and following that inner wisdom work).

How did I get here? Organically. Clients started coming to me, asking how I built an abundant business rooted in purpose, travel, and deep spiritual work. They wanted to know how to turn their passion into their paycheck, make a bigger impact & income, without feeling out of alignment. So I created the Spiritual Psychology Coach Certification, UpLevel Meditation, and high-level business coaching programs that help people strategically birth their medicine into the world and create sustainable multiple 6 and 7 figure businesses (focused on freedom, always freedom.)Â

This program is the result of “getting my pink back” as a postpartum mama and meditating on new ways to lead. I also swam in the Costa Rican Ocean for 5 months and this program anchored in my soul. While up with Eden in the middle of the night, the words “Sacred Leadership” inspired me and kept me company. It needs to exist.Â

How I Got Here:
âžş I worked in corporate marketing out of college while leading educational trips to Israel, after on trip in 2015 I stayed and spent six months immersed in culture, functional health medicine, mindful eating, and entrepreneurship in Israel. I also spent time in this special ashram in the desert and hanging out in a papaya kibbutz farm in the North.
âžş This led me to India, where I worked in the Kalwa slums of Mumbai, lived in many different ayurvedic & yoga ashrams, lived in silence on and off, became a yoga & meditation teacher, learned how to relax my nervous system through active meditation and connected to my most authentic self.
➺ While in a mostly silent ashram in Kerala, I received my acceptance to Columbia University, where I later earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology & Education.
âžş I built my spiritual coaching business while in school, leading international retreats and paying off my student loans the same month I graduated.Â
Heart-led Entrepreneurs naturally started asking me how I did it, so I became a business coach as well in 2017.Â
In total transparency, I don’t love to call myself a business coach because it feels limiting. Yes we will explore marketing, sales, content, biz strategy, hiring your soul team, but what I’ve learned since launching my business in 2016 is the energy behind the work is what transforms the brand. The alignment, the doubling devotion to feeling good and being supported. This is all part of it. So yes, sometimes it is in depth business strategy and other times we need to talk about the abandonment wound, limited beliefs or imposter syndrome, the fear of being fully seen which requires a different approach rooted in mindset, positive psychology, and EQ. This is why my soulmate clients choose to work with me- because you get both the spiritual coaching and the massive business planning.

Jon holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Northwestern University and a double Masters in health economics and policy from the London School of Economics and the University of Chicago. Currently serving as a product manager for the largest private manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies in the US, Jon’s responsible for the overall strategy for a $70M product portfolio. His experiences have allowed him to gain insight and perspective into financial and organizational strategic planning, product development and entrepreneurship.
When he’s not in deep financial strategy mode, Jon loves travelling and exploring new cultures, reading nonfiction and playing basketball.
