The practicum is introduced throughout the program so when you graduate you will have the confidence to start sharing meditation and spiritual psychology coaching right away. The practicum focuses first on learning the material for yourself, embodying it, and then sharing it with others. Self assessments, case studies and feedback will be used during this portion of the program.

Think of this certification like the school year. Breaks are important to give yourself time to integrate the information and get in your practicum hours. Winter break will be a bit longer so everyone can be present with their loved ones during the holiday season, spring break will be shorter.

In Term 4, you'll bring everything you've learned to life through the Alignment in Action: Capstone Project. This is your opportunity to fully embody your growth and showcase your unique coaching voice by applying the tools, frameworks, and spiritual teachings from the program. This integrative project allows you to demonstrate your readiness to serve as a conscious, aligned coach in the world.

As part of your journey, you’ll engage in a powerful 40-Day Practice designed to deepen your personal alignment and spiritual embodiment. This daily commitment supports you in integrating the teachings into your lived experience. Your 40-day practice will cultivate consistency, clarity, and inner resilience—foundations for both your personal evolution and your path as a coach.

6 modules of Erin's signature content to guide you in launching and growing your freedom filled & soulful online business. Topics include mindset, attracting soulmate clients, marketing, launching and selling. Everything you need to start hitting those 5K-10K months. This will be most relevant in term 4.

Every week you will receive 75-minute group coaching calls with Erin. The focus of the calls will shift based on which term we are immersing ourselves in. These calls are centered on the transmission of material, to dive deeper into mindfulness or psychological frameworks. This is the place to ask questions, mastermind with your peers, and explore how the information can be used in a coaching session or to deepen your own personal practice.

Inside The Certification group Voxer chat, you’ll get access to Erin, support coaches, (and, of course, your spiritual running buddies!) to get support and accountability for those in-between moments. This is invaluable because you have support even in between scheduled calls and sessions.

Small groups will be implemented early on in our training and each person will be assigned to a support coach aka accountability coach, and small group. Here you can bring any questions or need for support to the table. During these calls you will be presented with diverse opportunities such as case studies, teaching opportunities and a smaller circle to connect with your like-minded peers.

There’s no greater feeling than having those friends who just get it… they’re sharing their truth, diving into self-study and running their soul-aligned business and are right there in it with you, ready to cheer you as you climb the peaks and give you a *virtual* hug during those tougher valleys. In Term 1 there are 10 Mindful Meditations Practices that will be explored alongside 10 Mindfulness Worksheets to deepen your connection to mindfulness themes and how you can add mindfulness in your daily life & your coaching business. In Term 2 there are 8 Trainings filled with the core spiritual psychology Align Certification signature content filled with eastern chakra, mindfulness & its marriage to western psychology. *Please note, just like school, each term will have it’s own curriculum that weaves together to support completion of this training. This means coursework and content will vary for each term.

We begin with Summer School in June 2026 and Term 1, the meditation teacher training, begins in September.

Wow, a lot! Erin birthed this program to guide more leaders in weaving eastern ritual and western psychology. You’ll get weekly live calls with Erin for the duration of the program where you discuss and study course material. Smaller containers will be regularly facilitated with support coaches.

For those of you who may not know Erin’s whole back story, she is both Indian-Ashram and Columbia University trained. Erin graduated at the top of her class from Columbia University and spearheaded a spiritual peace project with people like Dr. Dan Goleman, Dr. Tal Ben Shahar and Dr. Lisa Miller. These research-based frameworks are new to the coaching industry. Participants will be encouraged to think out of the box and learn to coach the client vs. the obstacle. You will be immersed in the program. Think of it like school with winter break, 4 different terms and fields of study that interweave. You will be encouraged to challenge yourself and others during this training. Your intuition and unique genius is most welcome and encouraged.

Live calls will be set to honor the schedule of diverse time zones as we have clients all around the world. There is a winter and spring break. Think of this training like a school schedule. But… like… a much more spiritual fun school filled with classmates that will become your besties.

Each term will have a specific field of study. It is best to set the expectation that between live calls, pre-recorded modules, meeting with your peers, masterminding with your smaller pods, and homework/self-study approx 3-4 hours/week.

When you add your name to the information form (at the top of the page) you will get details on how to apply and the investment piece. This is a selective program and Erin personally goes through investment details if you’re a good fit on your application call. You can choose a payment plan that best suits you and sign a contract to confirm your commitment. On average please expect to invest about $850/month more or less based on the flexible payment plan of your choosing.

This program is designed like a school-year curriculum—each term is radically different in its teachings, focus, and personal transformation. We begin with Meditation Teacher Training, then move into Spiritual Psychology, then into The ISP™ frameworks, and finally Business & Clinical Immersion.

Because of this layered structure, the real magic of the program reveals itself over time. Each term builds upon the last, integrating new tools, perspectives, and breakthroughs. A decision made in the first month, before experiencing the full depth of the program, wouldn’t honor the complete journey you committed to.

This Meditation Teacher Training & Spiritual Psychology Coach Training accredited through UPEACE which is an United Nations established university. This course is also certified through The Institute for Spiritual Psychology of Spiritual Intelligence LLC which is Erin's internationally recognized business.

Live calls typically take place between 10am-6pm ET Monday though Friday and may shift (or add new calls) when students register from Europe, Asia & Australia. 

An example week may look like:

• A 60min live call with Erin at 11ET on Tuesday
• A 60min live call with support coaches at 3 or 6 ET on Thursday

Please note, we do our best to accommodate diverse schedules and each cohort finds a natural rhythm where most students have the opportunity to join live. All live calls are recorded and there is always access to replays to stay up to date on the live course material.
